Condo Fee Payments Edit page

Condo fees are $180/month, as of January 1, 2026.  Payments must be made before or no later than first day of the month.

We offer and encourage using ACH (automatic clearing house.)  Fill out the ACH form and return it to the black condo mailbox in the mail kiosk.  Your condo fee will be automatically taken from your account on the first of each month, and deposited immediately into the Mission Pointe account.  

Alternatively, payments can be placed in the mailbox at the mail kiosk.
